Answers one AuthenticationRequest: sends the password or the next SCRAM step.

Parameters

c: *Connection

the connection being set up.

config: Config

the settings: password, channel_binding and the like.

user: string

the role name sent in the startup message.

code: u32

the code of the AuthenticationRequest.

r: *Cursor

the rest of the request message, after the code.

scram: *Scram

the SCRAM state, kept across the steps of one login.
