The type of a column's field, or a problem: an enum the catalog does not list.

Parameters

relation: Catalog_Relation
the table or view the column is in.
column: Catalog_Column
the column to type.
catalog: Catalog
where enums are looked up.
names: Names
the Jai names assign_names gave.
