A focusable widget with no room is reported once: it cannot be seen or clicked, and nothing else says why. The usual cause is
a column or row that is not given grow, so its children get only their natural size and a widget that has none (a text
editor) gets nothing. Called by end_frame when DEBUG_WARNINGS is on.
