Runs a prepared statement with parameters that are already text.

Parameters

p: *Pipeline

the pipeline from pipeline_enter.

name: string

the prepared statement's name.

values: [] string

the parameters in text format, $1 first.

result_format := Format.TEXT

the format of the returned rows.
